Standard Shipping – Post Luxembourg
Standard shipments are handled by Post Luxembourg. Once your package leaves Luxembourg, it may be transferred to local delivery partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other national carriers, depending on the destination country.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within Europe.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To request a return, please contact us by email. Items must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal request.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, items may show minor signs of wear. These are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review measurements and product descriptions before purchasing, as sizing and fit may vary between vintage garments.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
