Return & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, items may show minor signs of wear. These are not considered defects.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping; however, minor imperfections may occasionally be overlooked.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after receiving their refund.
